Lowestoft is a coastal town and is the 2nd largest town behind Ipswich in the county of Suffolk. Also famed for being home to Ness Point, Britain’s most easterly point of the British Isles, it is the first place to see the Sunrise in the UK. Lowestoft is fast becoming a regional centre of the Renewable Energy Industry through having the world’s largest Wind Farm located 14 miles off the coast in the North Sea.
