A new, 14-apartment development in Doncaster town centre has been completed.
Attey’s House, Cleveland Street, features 14 one-bedroom apartments, refurbished to an “incredibly high standard”, on the upper floors, as well as two modernised, commercial units on the ground floor.
The site was purchased for £670,000 in late 2019 by property developer HJ Collection.
The firm has spent £420,000 on developing the building and now, with work completed three months ahead of schedule, it has been valued at £1.4 million.
Work has finished on Attey's House, a new 14-unit apartment development on Cleveland Street, Doncaster town centre.
Reece Mennie, HJ Collection founder and chief executive officer, said: “In recent years, Doncaster has become an attractive location for both property development and investment, following record levels of inward investment, which amounted to about £460m.
“The completion of Attey’s House, therefore, comes at an excellent time for the region and we are in no doubt that the quality finish of the units will attract professionals looking for a high-end, first time home or for investors looking to expand their property portfolio in the Yorkshire area.”
He said the firm was now looking for other development opportunities. Mr Mennie said: “HJ Collection has been created to revolutionise the development sector and the asset-backed loan market by diversifying risk for investors and developing attractive residential sites across the UK.
“Atteys House is a prime example of how we operate, with the development completed ahead of schedule to an incredibly high standard, with all investors repaid on time. “Doncaster and the Yorkshire region remains a key area of interest for us and we are currently in the process of looking for our next HJ Collection development within the region.”
